This item is a 17 jewel mechanical skeleton pocket watch. The case is yellow and measures 1 5/8 inches in diameter, and has a white arabic time ring dial. The watch has see through crystals on the front and rear. The front and rear plates have been skeletonized to allow you to see the inner gears of the watch mechanisim. These are some of the parts visible inside this watch, the balance, pallet fork, escape wheel, gear train, the winding and setting gears, mainspring barrel, etc. The 17 jewels are a ruby red color, and are shock resistant. The oval bow is attached to a 14 inch gold colored chain, and has a clip on the end. Runs well and keeps good time. This watch is amazing to watch run, as all the parts function together, you can even see the mainspring inside the barrel.
